"My wife sent her car in to get new rotors. We asked for the breaks to not me replaced as we had just put brand new expensive ones in a few days prior. On return, they had put cheaper break pads on, which they didn’t charge us for once realising they had done this. But didn’t get the others given back to us either. The front passenger side had a constant rubbing sound which was from a bracket they had bent and rubbing on the rotor. The front drivers side rattled from the break calliper bolts that they had just sat into place and not tightened. They have also stripped the screws in the rotor making it impossible to get these back out in the future. When contacted about the issues there was no response. I have now spent the weekend going over their work to fix and replace the things they didn’t do."
