"The ladies at the counter are extremely judgemental and rude. Went there twice, when my husband and then my daughter had their procedure at the hospital. First time they really pretended to not understand our accents (French and Russian) or may be they actually didn't, but they made us feel so bad about it that it actually felt racist. Some more positive attitude would be nice. Second time I came they were starring at me from top to bottom and really made it uncomfortable for me trying to find out what kind of milk they have. Barista should know if the plant milk is sweetened or unsweetened. In the end, it is written on the pack that they use everyday. The ladies looked like they hate their job, but both times the cafe was empty. They look like they are just out of high school and don't know how to socialize other than gossip and judge. Cheer up ladies."
"Cute little cafe tucked away in the Forté centre. Great to grab a hot choccy before my blood test as a lil mood boost. Staff seemed frustrated, they were busy, but would be good to see a more positive attitude and some friendlier service. Over all a great little coffee stop in the city, and I love that they accept mobile orders for those who are on the run! (number available in photos)"
"I went to the cafe to join my husband for a quick catch up before work after our pregnancy scan at Forte. I went to the counter to order, the blonde lady was so rude to me that she made me cry. She didn’t even let me order. I think she is racist or really doesn’t want to be there. Her excuse was I was taking too much room in the cafe where I chose to sit (for the record, there was only 3 other customers in the cafe). I left."
"The two women working here really didn't seem to want to be there and every customer was an inconvenience. Upon arriving myself nor my father were greeted kin a nice manner. The black haired female wearing a skirt and white nikes shoved the drink and plate of food I ordered onto the table infront of me quite forcefully, I said Thankyou and didn't get a response. I was to scared to ask for a take away bag as I couldn't finish my food so I wrapped it in a napkin and left."
