Welcome to Dolphinz Swim School, located at 130 Ohaupo Road in Hamilton, New Zealand. Our establishment is a renowned health and educational institution that has been serving the Melville and Hamilton community since 1997.

At Dolphinz, we provide a unique and enjoyable learning experience for your child in our warm salt water pool. With their AUSTSWIM trained teacher and a small class size, your child will love every moment of their swimming lessons. Our pool is specifically designed to cater to the needs of young swimmers, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for learning.

During each school term, your child will have one lesson per week, with a course consisting of 10 lessons. Each lesson runs for 25 minutes, allowing for focused instruction and ample practice time. To ease the transition in and out of the water, we provide a 5-minute playtime between lessons, making the experience even more enjoyable for your child.

We offer morning lessons for children aged 3 months to 5 years, afternoon lessons for children aged 4 and above, and weekend lessons for all ages. Please check the appropriate age group for detailed information on swimming levels, lesson times, and prices.

Our lessons are tailored to match your child's swimming ability, ensuring they receive the instruction and guidance they need to progress. To enhance the learning experience, we only teach one lesson in the pool at a time, maximizing individual attention and improvement.

To track your child's progress, we provide either a progress tracker booklet or a certificate that records their achievements based on the Dolphinz swimming levels. Additionally, we offer free swimming assessments to ensure your child is placed in the appropriate lesson.
