Told "oh, we just gave your pre-arranged booking to this random guy that just rocked up this morning because you were 15min late for your time", and sure, Im a bit late and that's on me, but over email they made it sound like they had nothing at all booked that day and I could just get there whenever... but it saved me $ because somewhere else did the same job (fit two tyres, balance four wheels, and wheel alignment) for $85 cheaper."
