"Update | 23rd March After following up with the team and following up with the custom service, they have chased up the courier company. We were surprised when it arrived at my doorstep around 7pm(22nd of March). The courier company said they'd delivered it on March 12, but it actually arrived on March 22nd, after several phone calls and follow-up! The currie company called PBT. //////// 17Th March I have never experienced such terrible customer service! I ordered a skirt online and after one week of not seeing any sign of delivery I emailed them for assistance! They responded by telling me to contact the courier company and find it myself! The shopping process should be as simple as purchasing the clothes, paying for them, and receiving them, and not having to go and search the city to find them. That's not the way it works. The package was delivered according to the website with no signature, and you want me to go and find it myself? It is quite shocking! I am so disappointed to see such poor treatment from a brand I trust. See the screenshot below!"
