Welcome to St Peter's Swimming Club, located at St Peter's, Cambridge in New Zealand. We are a family-oriented swim club that caters to young learners and National Champions alike, as we strive to compete against the world's best swimmers.

Our primary objective at St Peter's Swimming Club is to guide our swimmers through our comprehensive program, with the ultimate goal of qualifying and being selected for major open New Zealand swimming teams. This includes prestigious events such as the Pan Pacific Championships, World Championships, Commonwealth Games, and even the Olympic Games.

One of the many advantages of being a part of St Peter's Swimming Club is our exceptional location within the St Peter's Cambridge School grounds. Our pool is a 10-lane, 25-meter outdoor facility that is heated for year-round use. In addition, during the summer months, our senior swimmers have the opportunity to train in the 50-meter pool at the Perry Pool in Cambridge, preparing them for national long course meets in April.

To complement their swimming training, our senior swimmers also attend gym sessions in the St Peter's School Gym, under the guidance of a specialist team. Furthermore, we are proud to offer the Club House, conveniently situated at the end of the indoor Learn to Swim pool. The Club House provides full kitchen facilities, allowing us to host meetings, provide a space for swimmers to study before and after training, and offer a warm environment for parents and siblings while their swimmers train.

At St Peter's Swimming Club, we place a strong emphasis on technique, skill perfection, and long-term athlete development. Our squad programs cater to junior swimmers all the way up to performance swimmers who demonstrate the potential and desire to excel at a high level.

In addition to our competitive pool program, we also boast a formidable open water swim team. Our swimmers regularly participate in races held at lakes and beaches around the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Each year, we proudly bring a large team of swimmers of all levels to the NZ Open Water Championships and Epic Swim at Lake Taupo.

We are delighted to have partnered with Arena NZ as our supplier of uniforms and pool equipment, ensuring our swimmers have access to top-quality gear.

Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude for the incredible support we receive from our dedicated volunteers and parent helpers. Their assistance at each swim meet during the season, including roles such as Timekeepers and Team Managers, is invaluable to the success of St Peter's Swimming Club.
