"Literally the worst gym! The customer service is horrible! They stuff you around when trying to cancel & honestly just seems like they’re greedy for money! They’re slow at email responses! I have been paying for a membership for nearly one year & I’ve only ever been into the office & got the worst service it’s so disappointing going into such an intimidating place & having staff members that aren’t welcoming.. & it’s even more disappointing reading that everyone has the same experiences with them."

"Had a couple of trial sessions here and unfortunately this gym is not for me. While there's heaps of variety in equipment, it comes at a detriment to actually having space to move around. Equipment and building also feels a bit tired and run down"

"I joined this gym a few months ago as I wanted to get back into working out after having a baby, but I have no family in Hamilton and my friends all work during the day. So the child minding was a massive draw for me! It's so nice being able to get a 60 minute workout in knowing my baby is under the same roof being looked after by amazing staff. I have been a member of many gyms both in NZ and overseas and this is one of my favourites. Sometimes I see the carpark full and I worry I won't be able to use the machines I want to, but I've never had an issue. I love the different rooms, it feels like there are endless options for working out. There truly is a family feel at this gym and I'm really glad I'm now a member."
