"Bought vogue washing machine 2 days ago $1000, firstly delays in shipment and then machine part failure in second use and it flooded my whole garage and damaged my electrical equipments. Called team they disconnect, went to showroom they said its an accident we are not liable and now trying to chat with them. They discontinued chat when i asked questions. Never ever buy anything from this store. There products are cheap but not reliable. Customer service is very very very very poor. Next step is consumer court for me now."
