"I was singled out among 3 customers filling our Vehicle's to prepay my fuel. I have asked the owner in regard to Mobil Hillcrest's Policy on making someone prepay for fuel. I believe I was a demographic/profiled by the staff who I have to say are very good at their job. I think it stinks that owners use their staff to do security instead of hiring a professional."

"I payed for the top car wash service a Mobil hilcrist, Hamilton but got worst service even I show car washed to the staff he agreed car not washed properly as I was running late for my appointment I told him I will come back he said we will figure out the solution, when I came back they said that the best our car wash , wash the car , he said we can’t do anything. ( hardly any soap sprayed on the car , or can say no soap only water and brushes freaking joke, ) It’s overpriced, over promised and zero service ( whatever written in the wash description it didn’t deliver) I used to use BP wash at whitiora Hamilton that’s best I would recommend. Even low price too I will post on facebook and groups too for everyone’s awareness cause I felt it’s scam. Or would try to get help from consumer protection nz. I used this service cause my company account with Mobil, I would change that too."

"SHOCKING!!pre paid $20 for 91 gas then went to pump into my vehicle and the pump would not work . The person on the desk was rude and NOT helpful at all wouldn't even refund my money or check into why the pump was not working. Really really dissatisfied. Won't be going there ever again."
