"We can't speak more highly of our move from Tauranga to Rotorua with NZ Van Lines. The men worked tirelessly from the wrapping day to the unloading the following day. Mark provided a prompt quote and ensured we had plenty of boxes and packing paper. The team carefully wrapped our valuables to ensure no damage and we can confirm we had no breakages. The empty boxes have been collected in a timely manner. Arranging our move with Mark prior to going overseas meant we could enjoy our trip knowing we were in good hands."

"The Tauranga movers were okay, the Christchurch movers were excellent. However we were told we would need two containers to move and wouldn’t be sharing with anyone else. On the day a giant truck showed up instead and we found out that they had decided to change us to a shared truck without telling us. They promised it would only be shared with one other family. When the truck arrived at our new house in Christchurch we found out we actually shared between 3 families and they had the truck opened multiple times between Tauranga and Christchurch. The communication is the complaint here as we received no information on all of this, we had to figure this out these changes on our own. It was really disappointing. A phone call with an update about all the changes from the quote stage to moving date would have been appreciated."
