"Disappointing service from Owens. I understand it only involved one of their drivers so may not reflect the whole company. Had a large box delivered to my home, driver had two or three other items sitting on top of my box, I assisted him to unload my box and opened it as he drove away , found the contents to be damaged in two areas, deemed useless. Rang Owens, was bluntly told driver would return to collect the item, driver returned and denied any involvement in damages to the goods. Angry and dismissive. Had no contact from Owens regarding what happens next, it was clear the drivers load plan of the truck was inadequate and resulted in goods on top of my goods damaging them."

Then they said they were tracking their driver on GPS and could see he was fifteen minutes away and hours later still did not show up. Rachel tried to help and was friendly but they can't be relied on."
