"Please do not use this business. The technician who I believe is the owner is one of most unprofessional and rudest people I have ever dealt with. He arrived 2 hours late awhich wasn't really suitable as right on tea time but he appeared to know what needed doing. After assessing the problem I asked how much to which he said 300-350 which seemed fair. He left and said he needs parts and would ring when's he had them. The next day he rang at 2.20pm and said he was coming over to fit the parts and I said it wasn't a good time as I had an apptointment so could we arrange another tim. He said no and it would take only ten minutes to fit so I agreed but reminded him that I needed to be out the door by 2.40. He was trying to rush things and when I said I had to go he became irritated and said that I had to pay him to which I said no . I wanted the job finished and anviice outlining what I was being charged for. I noted that the parts he was using were second hand which concerned me as well. He became angry and removed the parts he was fitting and he said Ithat I needed to pay before he finished the job. He refused to come at a more convenient time."
