"Pre-ordered flowers about 2 weeks ago to be delivered on the 14th of May. They were delivered today, on the 13th of May instead, and I had received no information about them not being able to deliver on the day I had paid and booked for. There was no communication from them at all, nothing on their website or in the email I received confirming that my order was placed for the 14th of May. They were delivered today and I called and all the lady said was "Sorry, we should've told you that we can't deliver to The Lakes tomorrow. I can't do anything about it now." As well as this, I ordered the same flowers I ordered last year and this year they were completely different and did not look like the image advertised at all. The lady said "The individual flowers are more expensive than last year, which is why there is a difference," but nowhere on the website or when I ordered was it stated that they would be reducing the quality and number of flowers. So disappointed, if I had known that they would not deliver on the correct day and not give the flowers that I had paid for, I would have not paid or booked with them. Absolutely no communication from their end. The images provided show the flowers I had paid for according to their website vs what I actually received."
