"We had a problem with my sons laptop that was purchased only 18 months ago. The process to get a credit was painful, however Marcus in the service department was fantastic. Thank you for helping and for keeping us updated through the process. You made such a difference!"
"I came in today to try and get a new pair of headphones with no knowledge whatsoever of what I wanted. I had multiple staff members ask if I needed any help which was very nice. After looking very confused in the headphone section, lovely staff member Ben came over and asked if I needed any assistance. He asked me some thorough questions so he could figure out what suited my needs. We finally decided on the perfect pair for my price range and I'm so so thankful for Ben's help today. Thank you once again Harvey Norman! :-) - Bronté"
"Matt Helped Us Today With Finding A New Front Loader That Best Suited Our Needs. He Was Very Helpful & Had Good Knowledge On Appliances. Very Good Deals This Weekend & Look Forward To Shopping At Morehouse Again."
"Very helpful, but sometimes it pays to wait. I was looking at the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex it was $2,197, and that was a good price. The weekend just gone , they were selling it at $1,797, so glad I didn't buy it last weekend."
"I paid over $4,000 for some furniture at Harvey Norman and the sales told me they were made of pine. When I received the items, it turned out that the main component of the furniture was MDF (more than 50%), so I asked for refund. At this point, the sales and her boss told me that it is common knowledge that New Zealand furniture contains MDF (even if it contains a lot), just like buying a car, no one will tell you what materials the car is made of. Although the salesperson did not introduce the item correctly, it was not their fault but my lack of common sense. I'm so sorry because integrity isn't worth $4,000 here. But from another point of view, I only spent $4,000 to let a brand that has been in business for many years take off the mask of integrity, and I think it is still very worthwhile."
