"Thank you Richard for looking after Oscar. He came home very happy and relaxed. We are so grateful to you for having him and like the set-up that you have at the kennel. We like the fact that he has his own kennel and he gets to go out in the run twice a day. Given that he is a dominant German Shepherd we were happy not for him to be socialised which suits his temperament. Kennels were super clean given you had a quite a few dogs in there. We will be back - thanks again Kevin and Lisa"
"Absolutely as advertised. Quick & efficient booking, drop-off and pick up. Polite, friendly & helpful conversations. Our two young "lads" had a good overnight stay and were in fine spirits at afternoon pick-up."
"Unhelpful and rude. No doubt the owner will respond and try point out this is our fault (as seems to be the trend with these reviews) but we emailed asking if we could have our dog picked up, they responded 'I will be away and the kennel will be staffed so I cannot help you'. I asked OK can we drop off. A couple of unanswered phonecalls later we finally found out they are actually full and were rudely told they already responded to us. Perhaps its an OK place for cats and dogs, we will never know, but we found the communication and customer service side sorely lacking."
"Rupert had a fantastic time on his recent stay. He was well looked after and made many new friends. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks again woof"
"Kennels smelled of urine when I dropped my dog off. She went in for a 4 day stat. When I picked her up, I asked if she had made any doggy friends. Its only then the owner said he didn't put 'bull breeds' in with the other dogs for playtime. He told me he kept them in individual runs. by themselves. Socialisation is very important for all dogs, as is running around. This is not what was discussed before dropping her off. That policy should be made clear before people make the decision to leave the dog."
