"Went in this afternoon with my young person to find a pair of headphoned. Of course they are all boxed up so you cant really try them on, and as headphones are all different and fit differently on people, we asked if we bought a pair and took them home to 'try on' could we return them if they didnt fit well. The assistant said no , but she could open the box for us, and let us have a look. This is not helpful , as you still cant tell if they are a comfortable fit. She said it was for health and saftey reasons, which makes no sense at all, when you can try on a pair of shoes or even try on a hat for that matter, ( which i would think poses more of a health risk) but this is ok . Plus you would be able to return these items, if they were not the right fit, but not headphones!! And Im not talking about the little buds that fit in your ears, no, I mean the large type that fit over your ears! This is ridiculous! Poor customer service."
