"Tried to return a un opened video game was told to come back another day when this manager isn’t working because he won’t return it. Then whilst speaking to the manager I explained I bought it last night as a gift and it hasn’t even been opened he said no and proceeded to open the game and said look now it’s opened. Horrible customer service didn’t catch his name because he wasn’t wearing a name badge"

"Don't have a sign at customer help desk saying "do it all at checkouts" and then have customers stand in the long checkout line only to be told to go to customer services and ring the bell.. so bummed south city warehouse is gone now they were way more on to it."
"Found this warehouse to be well stocked with all the brands the Warehouse usually carries in store. The only comment I have worth mentioning is that the DVD range seems to be better at some stores than other stores. This Warehouse here seems to have a narrower range of DVDs up for sale. Being in the Northlands mall there is ususlly good car parking. Just note the car parks are not large so swipe damage is a real possibility. Good alignment of your car in the car park does really help."
