"Visited yesterday to get a backpack for travel to EU in June. I was served by Atria who gave excellent customer service. She helped fit the back length of the pack and made sure all was correct. She was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She even showed me how to put the rain cover on (I'm a complete novice). I will definitely be using this store as my go to for my needs.
