"I wanted to get a replacement water side pipe gasket part for my SPA. As our New Zealand made SPA manufacturer was no longer in business I wondered around to this shop and asked if you could supply this gasket. There were no customers in this store and the sales guy completely turned me away as the SPA was not theirs. Our SPA was 12 years old and he could have sold me one but instead he turned me away. There is no wonder no one was at this shop. He may have to learn the customer service in this great city to attract customers. Apologies if I have offended any one."
