In addition to our main bar and restaurant area, The Craft Embassy also has a separate pavilion complex that can be made available for private functions. With a capacity of up to 90 people standing or 40 people for sit-down meals, our heated and glazed pavilion area is ideal for corporate functions, special birthdays, or social club gatherings. We even offer pre-booked hosted beer tastings for a unique and memorable experience.

The pavilion complex includes separate toilets and full audiovisual options, including a projector, microphone, and input for streaming music from your device. For larger groups of 60 or more, we can even provide a pop-up bar serving up to four craft beers, a selection of wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.

For exclusive use of the pavilion area, the minimum spend varies depending on the day of the week and time of the year, ensuring flexibility for your event. We also host special events throughout the year, such as our one-night-only tap takeover featuring 16 of Waitoa's best beers or our night-long sampling of Derelict Brewing's sensational beers.
