"I've just had the worst service here (though the women behind the counter were semi-apologetic). I bought a jumpsuit 9 days ago for $200 that is now on sale for $105. I brought my receipt in for a price adjustment (since there's a 30 day return policy) and they REFUSED to do it. I had to physically bring the jumpsuit in, "return" it, and repurchase it to get the price difference. SO RIDICULOUS. And it was not helped by the fact that I have an obvious knee injury, so this extra walking was physically painful. I also had issues with the sales person being less than helpful when I was in 9 days ago (instead of helping me, they made me call their customer service line, which, despite multiple calls, was literally never open), that has turned me off of the company. I will be looking elsewhere for my clothing going forward."

"It was my lucky day! I had a dress in mind that I had seen online in a purple and blue, had my heart set on the blue but only the purple was in stock. But the blue was expected in a delivery that day, Jordan? (I think her name was) suggested some other options which I was trying on when a delivery arrived, she went through all the boxes (there was ALOT) And like I said my lucky day! She found the dress she was incredibly friendly and the help was supremely appreciated thank you so much!"
