"I have placed an order on 6th March'22 at Novo website. On the following day I have received a confirmation email stating that order has been dispatched and have cleared customs on 6th March'22. Till date there is no change in the status of my order on the tracking link. Approached Customer Service Team of Novo and they replied, "I have checked for you and can see your order has cleared the custom". May I please know when am I going receive my order if it has cleared customs on the same day of placing an order? And can somebody give me an accurate answer."
