Situated in the heart of the Waikato district, Ngaruawahia Swimming Pool is one of three community pools in the area, with the others located in Huntly and Tuakau. Our operating hours during weekdays are from 3pm to 6pm, and on weekends from 12pm to 6pm, unless there is a school booking. These hours ensure that you have ample time to enjoy a refreshing swim or relax by the poolside.

Thanks to the generous support of the Ngaruawahia Community Board, we are currently offering half-price entry fees for the summer season. This means you can enjoy our state-of-the-art indoor facility, which includes a lap pool and a learner and toddler's pool, at an affordable rate. Additionally, we have an outdoor picnic area available, perfect for enjoying a meal or snack in the beautiful surroundings.

For early risers and those seeking a swim before work or school, we open the pool at 6:30am on weekdays, closing at 7pm. On weekends, we welcome you from 9am until 5pm. These extended hours allow you to fit swimming into your busy schedule, ensuring you can take advantage of our facility at a time that suits you.

To make your visit even more affordable, the entry fee until the end of summer has been reduced to just $1, courtesy of the Onewhero-Tuakau Community Board. We believe that swimming should be accessible to all, and this discounted rate allows everyone to enjoy our facilities without breaking the bank.
