Our counsellor is deeply passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves, and we are committed to assisting individuals in overcoming any obstacles that may hinder their personal development. We consider it an honor to walk alongside our clients and help them find answers and direction for themselves and their lives.

Our counsellor is originally from Wellington and has been a part of the vibrant Bay of Plenty community for the past 20 years. With 21 years of marriage, one son, and two grandchildren, family values and connections are at the heart of our practice. Our counsellor's personal journey, combined with a diverse career in management and sales, has led to the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of becoming a counsellor.

We are proud to be registered with Gumboot Friday (I Am Hope), an organization that supports mental health in young people. As part of this initiative, we offer two free sessions for individuals under the age of 25.
