"Supposed to deliver in 10-15 working days. Our order was placed on the 6th April. It arrived in Tauranga on the 14th April. The delivery was set for the 28th April between midday and 5pm. The driver didn't turn up on the day, and there was no communication. We spent 5 hours waiting for the delivery which didn't arrive. The Tauranga office was closed when we called at 5pm and the national office were unable to contact the driver. The Fliway website states "rebook a time" and "We'll be in touch shortly with options for your delivery". There was no contact from Fliway."
