"I travel here annually from London for two weeks of rest and recovery. Its a "Slice of Heaven”. Kath and Steve are so welcoming on arrival - nothing is a problem. It's close enough to town if anything is needed. Rooms are simple, cosy and clean, with good shower pressure. There is a big communal kitchen and plenty of covered seating under a large porch roof that skirts the building (nic-named The Woolshed). Wagons and antique farming equipment tastefully placed around the property give it that old country lived in feeling. The place is tranquil and quiet. Its the best place I have found to recharge and clear my head (back in nature). There are walking tracks through the bush that weave along the creek or up through the trees when I was feeling more adventurous. Horses, chooks and sheep around the property and the odd cheeky goat. I got up early a number of times just to sit on the porch in front of my room and look down over the morning paddocks sheeted in mist. I couldn’t be happier with the time I spent there. Thank you Steve and Kath. I will be back again next year. Best, Shaun"
"Awesome setting, friendly people"
