"Made a purchase in Tauranga 8 days ago. The seller sent me the track and trace number 6 days ago. Today the tracking shows it is still sitting in the Tauranga branch, hasn't even left Tauranga yet! Tried calling but never any answer, it just leaves you on hold the whole time. Shocking service."
