"today the last day for my kids i actually gave up. the problem with this place is the lack of management. i really struggled to arrange suitable time for my kids especially if the kid moves from level to anther. when i ask the reception staff any question each one gave me different answer. also from time to time i asked them to come to the swimming pool to check the kids performance. the swimming pool usually crowded and the performance of the kids not satisfied. teachers are very friendly but the time of the lesson too short 30 min/week. hopefully, the administration can be more organised in the future and try to extend the lesson time."
