Welcome to Crawshaw School, a vibrant and inclusive primary school nestled in the heart of Hamilton, New Zealand. At Crawshaw School, we cater to students from Year 0 to Year 8, providing a comprehensive and well-rounded education. With 14 classes and approximately 320 students, our school maintains a close-knit and supportive environment, where every child can thrive.

In 2021, we are thrilled to introduce two brand new Modern Learning Environments (MLE) to our campus, adding five new learning spaces to our already impressive facilities. These state-of-the-art classrooms are designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking, empowering our students to become lifelong learners.

In addition to our core academic curriculum, Crawshaw School offers a range of support services to meet the diverse needs of our students. We are proud to host two satellite classes from Hamilton North School, providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all.

To ensure the well-being and holistic development of our students, we have a dedicated school chaplain, Resource Teachers of Learning and Behaviour (RTLB), and a Social Worker in Schools (SWIS) on-site. We also have a dental clinic conveniently located within our premises, promoting good oral health practices among our students.

Crawshaw School values community partnerships, and we have established a close relationship with Hamilton City Council Neighbourhood Advisors and our School Community Constable. Additionally, two local churches, St Marks and North West Baptist, generously support our school, further enriching the experiences of our students.
