"Kylie and Steve are great, have organised several items of travel recently and nothing is a problem, smooth organisation when you are planning your travel. I did run into some pretty significant problems due to the recent cyclone, was due to fly out Auckland on a long haul flight, unfortunately hit lots of flight cancellations at the same time as thousands of other travellers in Auckland because of the bad weather. A phone call to Kylie and we were quickly organised onto a new flight. So we are able to head off for some dinner as hundreds of other people at the airport tried to change flights at the airline counters, so I definitely recommend the team at Hello World The Lakes, they have your back if you need them.
