"Was over priced, was asked to pay a $200 bond have never had to do that before at any other motel that I have stayed at, they stated there would be a complementary bottlr of filter water in fridge, wasn't supplied, there was black mould on roof, when getting my bond back did mention this to owner his response was "you don't need to worry about that", was shocked at owners response Will not be going back there"
"Great location, very close to shops. The room I had was clean and well maintained, but the facilities is a bit aged, especially the bed, the mattress was turning soft."
"Unit was ok. Shower curtain smelled. I was asked to pay a $200 Bond?? Extremely annoyed, never had to pay a bond at any other motel I've stayed at. My credit card is suffice. And I will get my bond back 7 days later, if there are no damages. Is this the normal or maybe they only ask those based on the colour of their skin. Blatant racism at its finest. Then their was domestic violence in a unit & randoms in other units that looked dodgy. I asked owner if motel is Emergency Housing, she said No. I do not believe her. I will never stay here again & I expect my bond money back."
