"I had worst experience while staying at this place. I recommend people not to choose this place for stay spend some more and buy another place. The staff was really rude especially the receptionist. I left my AirPods in the room and I came back collect it I showed the location to the staff and my phone was connecting to the pods while it was there. The receptionist asked me to leave the place as he says his staff feels uncomfortable while I was there to find my this. Which shows they were not ready to return it so 120$ room cost me more than 300$+.This is worst motel in the town."
"Down some back street, a bit sketchy. Office closed on arrival mid afternoon, they just left keys out. Room smelled so bad, floor was sticky, fridge was filthy and not working, shower was mouldy and had broken walls, kitchen sink was disgusting, cold and damp, some interesting people hanging around the carpark, didn't feel safe. The only positive was the bedding was clean. Can't comment any further as we left within an hour of checking in and found somewhere else to stay. Tried to call the host to let them know how disappointed we were and cancel our 2 night reservation but they won't answer their phone. Learnt my lesson... read the reviews before you book."
"Worst service ever. It was a really cold day so we asked when the heater (we were told it had a timer so It only works certain hours) was going to work… and we got always the same answer “soon”… it was all ready 5:30pm and the reception was closed. when the attention hours said to be till 6pm, one of the guests there told us that the receptionist never stays until 6pm. So we called the number written there asking for blankets as the beds in the room only had the bedsheets, nothing else and the heater was not working… we were told they didn’t have blankets or anything else to help with the cold… So if you ask us, this would be the same as sleeping in your car… which by the way you will need to get to the city because this place is really far from the city if you don’t have a car."
"DO READ IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY!!! I was rudely awaken at 2:30am the morning of my last day by a guest of yours that was double booked into my accommodation (he had the same name as me) which I had paid for claiming that he was meant to be staying with me. I do believe this is an error on your part. I’ve clear evidence that I paid for the entirety of the accommodation on my own and was meant to be checking out in the morning by 10am. I’ve added a screenshot of a photo with a time stamp clearly evidencing that I was indeed woken up and still awake an hour later! Please kindly ensure this never ever happens again. This is clearly unacceptable especially for me that’s here on business and was needing my sleep for an early day tomorrow. Also I’m shocked that someone would be checking in at 2:30am! Also if I was a heavy sleeper he could’ve rummaged through my stuff and compromised the security of my belongings. I trust that you understand that now I can’t sleep because he has a key that matches my room and I’m concerned for my security. Yeah not really happy at all. Do contact me personally if you would like to address this. Aside from that the accommodation itself was good for the price point but please do fix your window on the glass door which is partially broken (right hinge doesn’t work) could compromise security for a weary traveller. On another note parking should be listed clearly as FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!! OR ONE CAR PER ROOM BOOKING!!!! Had to park my car on my last evening out on the main road as there was no parking. Also as a side note parking is tight like sardines and you’re packed in. If cars weren’t leaving in the morning it’s pretty darn hard to get out, not even to mention getting into a lot. However that’s the least of my worries ^ security I’m sure is keen to any traveller."
"Not the best, not the worst. Good size kitchen, but with only 2 saucepans, and 2 bowls to be found, doesn't really work out well at meal times. Classic case of posters all around the kitchen saying 'wash and dry your stuff', but only 3 damp tea towels, so everything smells a bit gross. 2 out of 3 hobs and 1 out of 2 washing machines works. Just needs some general maintenance work, and a better supply of kitchen stuff, and it could be really good!"
