Sophie's expertise extends to Couples Therapy, having trained with renowned therapists Robert W. Resnick, PhD, and Rita F. Resnick, PhD, from the Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles (GATLA). It is worth noting that Bob Resnick himself trained with Fritz Perls, one of the founders of Gestalt Psychotherapy, in the early 50s. He was chosen by Fritz to run conferences and train therapists in Europe, showcasing the high level of training and knowledge Sophie has acquired.
