"A big applause to this excellent i-site, which is a delight in itself, with a beautiful art centre gallery attached. Plus, it is next to the Waikato Museum and the generous free 3-hour carpark. We called in twice for advice and got brilliant tips both times, for gentle walks (as one of us had just suffered a back injury), and a nice place to enjoy the view of the Waikato River, with a refreshing drink at hand."

We waited a solid 5 minutes while she appeared to be more interested in giving travel tips to someone on the ihine without even giving a glance in our direction. Meanwhile, we could SEE the pamphlets we needed with cycling trails across behind the desk! Thank goodness for Google!! SO frustrating."
