Our dedicated team of doctors and clinic staff are working tirelessly to ensure the best possible care for all patients. If you are unable to secure a face-to-face appointment, we highly recommend booking a teleconsultation for your convenience.

If you or your child is feeling unwell, we urge you to present to our clinic. Upon arrival, you will be promptly triaged and assessed by one of our experienced nurses. Please note that there may be a wait, but rest assured that one of our skilled doctors will attend to you as soon as possible.

In the event that we are unable to accommodate your needs, we will gladly direct you to one of the local A M clinics to ensure your safety and receive appropriate care.

We kindly request that all patients honor their booked appointments. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in full appointment fees being charged. For children under 14 years old, a missed appointment fee of $10 will apply. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 2 hours in advance. If your appointment is scheduled before 10:30 am, please cancel the appointment the day before the clinic closes.

In the event that you are unable to reach us to cancel your appointment, please keep evidence of the phone call on your mobile device for our staff's reference.

Flu vaccines are now available for individuals of all age groups over 6 months. We encourage you to book your appointment for a flu vaccine to protect yourself and your loved ones.

If you are unable to secure a face-to-face appointment, we recommend booking a teleconsultation. During this online consultation, our doctors will assess your condition and determine if a face-to-face appointment is necessary. Standard charges apply for teleconsultations, and there will be no additional fee if you are called in for a face-to-face consultation after a teleconsultation.

For the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, we kindly request that face masks be worn within the clinic. If you do not have a mask, our reception will be happy to provide one for you. When you arrive for your appointment, please inform the clinic and wait in your car. The doctor will call you and provide further instructions, which may include directing you to a separate waiting area or advising you to remain in your car until you are called in.
