"A great place and atmosphere for kids but unfortunately every time we go we experience the same poor customer service from the girl on the front counter. Never any hellos, thank yous, or apologies (second time now they have run out of glasses and i couldn't order a drink despite 3 requests throughout the evening). Wouldn't kill you to crack a smile once in a while!"

"Great spot for a weekend outing. Aside from tenpin bowling there is also a gaming arcade, gaming lounge, laser tag and a burger bar. My only criticism is that some of the bowling lanes play up from time to time meaning you can lose a bit of clock. Although with the way I usually play, it’s probably for the best!
