"If I could give zero stars I would. Occasionally I will speak to someone friendly and willing to help, and to those individuals I applaud their efforts, but for the most part their customer service needs some serious work. Unwilling to give explanations or assistance in understanding why their delivery targets are consistently not met and can be extremely unfriendly. 5 business day average to delivery packages sent via overnight delivery. 12 business days to receive something sent via the two day service. I am not based anywhere even remotely rural so there is no excuse. It's easier to trek out 1.5 hours on public transport to the airport and collect it myself! If I see that Post Haste is the only courier option available, I find somewhere else to source what I need so I don't have to deal with them unless I have zero other choice. Not once have I ever received a parcel within their overnight or two day timeframe. Post Haste needs to stop advertising these services if they are consistently unable to provide them. Oh and their address on google maps is incorrect - it is only been updated on their website."
