For your convenience, we offer walk-in appointments, with Saturday appointments available by appointment only. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of your treatment cost, and less than 12 hours notice will result in a 50% fee. To help you remember your appointment, we will send you a courtesy reminder text or email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Please note that if you are running late for your appointment, your treatment will still end on time to ensure that we do not delay the next client.
