"Had to select 1 star as a minimum otherwise would have been zero. Having been a member of the Lumino plan for 2 years, I am now cancelling my plan having been subjected to a 20 minute, so called Hygienist session with Rochelle. The session can only be described as torture. 24 hours later my mouth is still in pain and my gums are still bleeding. I am not inexperienced (probably had over 60 hygienist visits during my 52 years) and appreciate that there is always some bleeding during a hygienist visit but I have never experienced such trauma. Sadly when I asked to cancel my plan, Lumino had the cheek to not only charge me for the session by charge me full price as cancelling my plan meant that I no longer qualified for a discount. Appalling treatment. Appalling customer service."
