"Absolutely awful hair extension specialist, have never had any issues till coming here. They ended up loosing four of my extensions in the two times I went, tape extensions fell out after a few weeks, had to go back a re do multiple times. The tape this place used absolutely ruined my hair and hair extensions, lady who I got my extensions off in Auckland was disgusted at the condition they left them in, the tape stickiness so hard to get out of my hair. Ended up having to go to another salon, in Auckland because nobody here knows what they are doing so beware. Also, staff was so rude, one lady who didn’t do my hair, think she was the manager, made rude comments about me and complained about the amount of extensions I had, which wasn’t much, appalling behaviour considering I paid them over $500… Do not get your extensions done here."
