"What a terrible experience went to Hannah's in Tauranga on devenport road with my partner a week ago and said to the staff assistant we will be back on Wednesday to collect the shoes when my partner and l got there on the weekend there was a sign on the door closed so l walked passed and saw 2 young girls working so l knocked on the door to say we have come to collect my partners shoes l had put on hold and was told they would be open when we went on the Saturday to collect the shoes the young girl by the name of Sophie went to point at the sign that said closed l can see the sign that says closed she she pointed at my point is that Sophie should not be working In a customer service environment with that attitude she had l have managed a shoe store for 8 years and when we were shut for stock take my staff and my self would never point at a sign with a annoyed attitude and angry look on our face. That was the worst retail experience l have ever come across."
