"Graham Kevern is the rudest travel agent I have ever come across. He was condescending and terribly rude about my friends choice of accommodation when I mentioned where they were staying the response was "so the very budget end." You would think with the world re-opening travel agents would be a lot nicer and more friendly as they would want all the bookings they could get. I left feel like a dumb little girl and walked on down to Hello World on Conway lane to book with them instead. Nicest ladies in there and the most helpful with all the information they gave."
