"Owner/Manager lady is unfriendly, dismissive and blunt. Wait and kitchen staff seem lovely, but she ruins the atmosphere for the whole place. For the price you pay you’d expect more hospitality. Chef prepared the meal beautifully, some food was good, other food was tasteless. Won’t be back or recommend anyone to this place as the woman manager lets the whole place down."
"I've been here many times in the past although today's experience has been horrible. Customer service has been atrocious, with the old lady who may of been the manager. I understand that the store was mostly fully booked although she came across very rude. She may of been under stress/pressure although treating customers with kindness is essential. The orange seats outside are incredibly uncomfortable and not worth enduring for a dinner. The waitress was a pleasure to speak to, she made the whole experience better."
