"Arrived at about 2:35PM and didn't get seen until about 3:50PM. When I arrived I was asked to enter my name into the queue, which I did, but then I noticed there were people who entered after me going before me? Not sure if it was just a really busy day or if there was an issue with the queuing system, but it wasn't fun having to wait over an hour and was about to walk out when my name was finally called. A positive is that the service is great as per usual, but the wait time made for an unsatisfactory experience this time. Hoping that the new queuing system improves to make for a better experience."
