"Waited 2 weeks for an appointment with the nurse, when I rang the first time to book an appointment the receptionist told me she would get a nurse to ring me back.... I never got a call from any member of their team after two days. Decided to go in and book an appointment face to face which was only available a week later. Made an appointment, all for them to cancel it 30mins beforehand. No remedy was given or no postponement date. Considering I've been with this drs office for 29yrs I'm shocked. In the last year this gp service has gone down hill, do not recommend."
