Quietly it to the attention of the cashier who gave me the run around. “You’ll have to go to the back of the store.” The spotlight staff member on the door then interjected and confirmed that the charged price was not correct. I received a shrug of the shoulders and “pfft” from the cashier. A “Really? I can’t be bothered attitude” from the cashier. Totally unnecessarily. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all!"

"Good friendly staff who are willing to assist. A Big store in size and has everything you need. Lots of different counters based in products categories. Ample parking space in front and conveniently located on Te Rapa Road (corner Garnett Ave). You will truly get better bargains than Briscoes and the Warehouse where there are specials. Do pay attention of the brands of products as some of them do not last and when you call the store it goes to a call centre where staff not all that helpful. Highly recommended to visit this store."
