"Thanks Team,I decided to come here when my phone battery started to play up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it in and briefly explained the situation that I was in and clarified that it could just be the charging port and battery that needed to be renewed. The guy that was on shift properly checked and also agreed but wanted to make sure it was that or else it would’ve been replaced for nothing (he also mentioned if that was the case, then I wouldn’t need to pay.) Came back 2-3 hours later to my phone being fixed and working better then it was before. Excellent and fast service, left with a smile on my face. :)"
