"Quoted for a bed. Wanted payment before delivery a week away. When the bed arrived then said price had gone up. Refused to honour a written quote stating that not obliged to as no deposit paid. This is incorrect. Written quotes must be honoured regardless. Not a place we would ever shop again. To be clear we were asked to pay in full for the bed before arrival ie when we ordered it. Secondly yes we do have a written quote. I will upload a photo of that later. You need to work on your communications and honour your quotes. Regardless of the amount. This bed has not increased in price on any other website."
