I ordered an hour before the pick up time because I knew there would be a bit of a wait, when I got there I paid and he said there would be a wait, what I didn't expect was it to take my my whole half an hour break to get my food. And it was just sitting in the warmer THE WHOLE TIME. This is also the second time this has happened at this location. Not happy at all."
"Honestly the new staff at Pizza Hut mt Maunganui is just so amazing it’s been more then a year that me and my husband order here regularly atleast 1-2 times a week, we are never disappointed which is just so great and every since they got the new staff the food quality, preparation, cutting of slices it’s just so amazing . "I hate this Pizza Hut Mount maunganui.... staff members are very bad and stupid....i waited for 10 min to take the order, after 10 min one staff member came out and took my order......i paid the pizza' s price......i wait for 15 min for pizza....after 15 min i went there and wait another 10 min and after 10 min one staff came out and i asked about my order and they told me your transaction were dicline ......i spent my 40 min valuable time for pizza but they didn't tell me about my payment dicline, i waited for 40 min.....it was my 45 min break time, it was waste with this Pizza hut...sooo, i hate this Pizza hut...... really bad service and silly and bad staff members......."
