"Poor customer service. After spending more than 10k with Dakota Tiles they charged us a $600 return fee on tiles that did not match the original tiles they supplied and denied they were at fault. Our tiler told us to fight it but we didn't have time with the pressure of building a house. You try to do the right thing and support local but get s**t on. Ended up going to the bigger guys in Chch to supply the remainder of our tiles. Same range, better customer service and cheaper. Wish we went to the bigger company to start with."
